Alicia Jarrett, Principal Consultant and Co-Founder of WILDA, is an experienced HR professional, executive coach and leader with a career spanning 18+ years encompassing all elements of strategic HR, leadership, learning and coaching. Alicia has worked with many leaders including CEOs, executive committees, general management and emerging talent.


Through her work with this diverse group of people, Alicia has maintained a balance of personal and business focus for her clients and has coached and led them across team effectiveness, new leaders’ transition, resilience, people strategy, transformational leadership, organisational development and maximising high potential employees.


Alicia has worked across industries including Professional Services, IT and Cloud, Telecommunications, State and Federal Government, Oil & Energy, Procurement, Purchasing & Supply Chain and Not for Profit organisations.  She has run workshops on leadership, people and business strategy, emotional intelligence and team building with an average 95% excellent satisfaction rating. Alicia also implemented mentoring and coaching programs on leadership and facilitated 360 feedback sessions, catalysing a measurable positive change amongst leaders.


Prior to co-founding WILDA, Alicia led her own consultancy for 8 years, and held a number of Leadership, HR and learning and organisational development positions with Dimension Data and BP Australasia.
